RESERVATIONS: A payment of the ONE nights stay guarantees
your reservation for the scheduled day of arrival until 6pm.
VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards are all
accepted. Checks or Money Orders must be received within 5 days
of booking date. We strive to honor all guest’s requests,
however, we cannot guarantee a specific unit or floor.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made 14 days
prior to arrival date. Cancellations of less than 14 days will
forfeit deposit. Date changes may incur a fee. Any No-shows
PAYMENT: Full payment is due upon arrival for all days
reserved, except for the beach house full payment is due in
advance on reservation confirmation Cash, VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express are accepted.
PETS: Some Villas are pet friendly please reserve one if
you plan to bring your pet.

This is a per stay
(not per night fee) and is not refundable.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet,
and for any damages. An additional fee may be charged to pet
owners not cleaning up after their pet.

STUDENT GROUPS: Someone in party must be over the age of 25.
Remaining members of the party must be 18 or older. Persons
under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check in without a
parent or guardian staying in the unit. All members in the party
must have government issued identification including birth date
and picture. Persons without proper identification will not be
allowed to check in. A cash damage deposit of $250 is required
at check in and is refundable after check out and after
inspection and approval of unit condition by management. Damage
deposit must be in CASH or credit card. Groups without the $250
cash damage deposit will not be allowed to check in. The
Pineapple beach House is not available for student groups.
DISTURBANCES: Anyone causing a disturbance which interferes
with the enjoyment of another guest may be evicted with no
refund. Stereo equipment is not allowed in any unit.

The Above Rates And Policies Are Subject To Change By Management
