The Beach House at Pineapple Villas is loaded with comfortable extras and luxury upgrades. The Beach House comfortably sleeps 15 with a variety of bedding and locations throughout the house:

1st floor-garage, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with day bed and huge full bath in hallway. Back door that opens out to the ground floor balcony.

2nd floor-large living area with great sound system and balcony overlooking the Gulf, newly updated kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and disposal. There is a large dining room with washer and dryer and a futon that also has a balcony.

3rd floor-Large master suite with full bath that has a separate shower and jetted tub. Great balcony with incredible view of Gulf, and there is a futon at foot of master bed. Down the hall there is a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed. A full bath in the hallway.

4th floor-Margarita Roost with a 360 degree view. There is a day bed and wet bar with small fridge, TV and huge deck with amazing views of the Gulf and pond on the north side of the house.

The Beach House is Pet-Friendly and access to the Pineapple Villas gulf front pool and spa is just feet away.
